Yves Borgwardt was born in Germany in 1983.
After finishing school he started a professional photographers education for 3 years.During that apprenticeship in Nuermberg he acquired the technical knowledge of traditional photography,
including photographic laboratory.
He began his career with various positions as a photo assistant. For two years he worked for Kristian Schuller
in Berlin and London, and was involved in the whole professional, modern process of photography and surrounding.
Following with short-term assistance for Jean Francois Carly, Nick Leary and Larry Sultan.
Working as a photographer since 2008, commercially and editorially.
Yves Borgwardt is living with his family in Berlin.
